About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for CCTV upgrades at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) in Colorado. The key objectives are to remove the existing outdated CCTV system at building 1840 and replace it with a new system that provides 360-degree camera coverage, DVR capability, and the ability to integrate with the base's CCTV infrastructure. The contractor will be responsible for procuring materials, installing the new system, programming/configuring it, and troubleshooting. There are specific requirements for the contractor to have at least 5 years of CCTV installation experience and be licensed in Colorado. The work must be coordinated with base civil engineering and adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations. The estimated performance time is 30 calendar days.
The related federal contract opportunity solicitation is for CCTV upgrades at buildings 1471 and 1840 on Peterson SFB. The solicitation number is CCTV-SMITH-21CONS and the agency is the Department of the Air Force Space Command. The PWS provided outlines the requirements for the building 1840 CCTV upgrade, while the contract opportunity likely includes requirements for both buildings.
