About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for lodging services issued by the Oklahoma National Guard (OKNG) for military personnel billeting. The BPA will cover hotel accommodations in specific zip codes (73064, 73099, 73069, 73160, and 73104) from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030, with a per-call limit of $350,000. Participating hotels must meet specific requirements, including providing single occupancy rooms for Master Sergeants (E-7 and above) and double occupancy rooms for Technical Sergeants (E-6 and below), with daily housekeeping, private bathrooms, air conditioning, and local telephone services.
Key administrative requirements include maintaining an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration, submitting electronic invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and compliance with operational security (OPSEC) guidelines. The OKNG will assign Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) to monitor vendor performance, and vendors must provide rooms that are clean, well-maintained, and accessible to all personnel regardless of race, creed, religion, color, or national origin. The BPA allows for performance evaluation, with unsatisfactory performance potentially resulting in a cure notice or contract termination.
