About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW) for the procurement of a travel trailer for the Grande Ronde Trap. The RFQ provides detailed specifications for the required travel trailer and instructs bidders to submit their pricing on the provided Bid Form. Bids are due by November 2, 2023, and the selected vendor must deliver the travel trailer no later than November 28, 2023. This is an intermediate procurement process per OAR 125-047-0270, and the resulting award will be in the form of a purchase order.

The RFQ allows for alternate bids on products that meet or exceed the specifications, and the ODFW will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a proposed product is considered "equal" to the designated brand. Pricing must be held firm for 30 days, and the ODFW will award the contract to the vendor that provides the best value. The RFQ is open to all interested vendors, including those certified with the State of Oregon's Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID).
