About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines preventive and remedial maintenance services for Agilent Technologies spectrometers located in the EM Laboratory at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. The contract requires a contractor to provide annual preventive maintenance (PM) and remedial maintenance (RM) for three primary systems: a GCMS 5975, an ICP 710, and an ICP VISTA, each with multiple components including autosamplers and water coolers. The maintenance services include comprehensive tasks such as performance testing, cleaning, calibration, inspection of system components, and troubleshooting, with specific detailed checklists for each type of equipment.

The contractor must have Agilent Technology factory certification and demonstrate experience with the listed equipment. Response times for remedial maintenance are stringent, requiring the contractor to respond within two work hours of malfunction notification and on-site support within three business days if telephone troubleshooting fails. The maintenance will be performed during standard hours (0730-1600 hours, Monday through Friday), with services covering full scope and PM for some systems and labor-only and PM for others. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, and personnel, and must comply with safety, environmental, and base entry requirements.
