About this file
This document appears to be an attachment to a WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Request for Proposal (RFP) focused on project management, system implementation, and operational requirements for an EBT service provider. The document outlines detailed response requirements for potential contractors across multiple sections including project management, staffing, system interfaces, settlement processes, mobile applications, system reliability, testing, vendor support, and contract transition procedures.
The RFP solicits comprehensive responses covering technical and operational capabilities for an EBT system, with specific emphasis on areas such as system up-time, failover processes, vendor management, device support, and security requirements. Key deliverables include proposed hardware specifications for stand-beside devices, multi-function terminals, wireless devices, PIN pads, and card readers. The document indicates that the contractor will be responsible for managing electronic benefits transfer systems, providing customer service, supporting WIC vendors, ensuring system reliability, and executing a smooth transition of EBT services with minimal disruption to stakeholders.
