About this file
This file is an RFI Question Template designed for industry to submit questions regarding the Request for Information (RFI) for an Occupational Health Medical Director position at John C. Stennis Space Center. The template provides a standardized format for respondents to submit inquiries with 19 numbered rows available for questions. Each submission requires two columns of information: "RFI Reference" indicating the specific section, attachment, or page number of the RFI being questioned, and "Question" containing the actual inquiry. The template instructions specify that questions should be submitted one per row in the order they appear in the RFI, with additional rows available as needed. The "RFI Reference" field allows respondents to cite specific document locations or use "General" for questions not tied to particular sections.
This is a template document rather than substantive RFI content itself. It serves as an administrative tool to organize and collect industry feedback on the Occupational Health Medical Director RFI issued by NASA's Shared Services Center. The template does not contain pricing information, response deadlines, service requirements, or other contractual details; those details are contained in the associated RFI materials, including the Draft Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1).
