Trees must be stabilized with the 2”x 2” tree stakes (placed as far out perimeter if the root ball/drip line as possible). NPS COR must approve prior to planting. For extra heavy branches/tree parts, rigging must be employed to lower branches so as not to damage property. If needed, ground protection must be used protect lawn areas from any potential damage from work. Ground protection must be used beneath any vehicle traversing turf area. Any divots, depressions, and or tracks resulting from work shall be repaired at the contractor’s expense. COR will monitor closely for negative impacts.
