About this file

This document contains run-in test sheets for military vehicles and equipment to be refurbished under a two-year requirements contract. The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal intends to award a contract to Caterpillar Inc. to perform Service Life Extension Program work on approximately 243 government-furnished vibratory rollers, compactors, dual steel wheel rollers, and deployable universal combat earthmovers. Caterpillar will return the vehicles and equipment to like-new condition. The effort includes core tasks common to all vehicles, and additional unique repair work. The contract also includes estimated additional work to maintain previously refurbished training assets and annual warehousing costs. The contract is a combination of firm fixed price and cost-plus-fixed-fee terms for the period of 30 June 2020 to 29 June 2022. The point of contact is Elaine O. Nelson.
