About this file

This document is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) that outlines performance objectives, standards, thresholds, and methods of surveillance for an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) maintenance and services contract.

The PRS covers requirements such as OPSEC and Antiterrorism training, completing service order forms, obtaining approvals for service requests, response times for critical and non-critical requests, and ensuring all IDS system head-end work is performed by a certified vendor. The performance standards and thresholds are clearly defined, with zero deviation expected. The methods of surveillance include COR review, training officer confirmation, tenant POC signature approval, and verification of technician certifications. This PRS is referenced in Solicitation W519TC-24-R-2066 for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Maintenance and Services, which is being issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Rock Island Arsenal.
