The project, identified as PMIS #325123A, is managed by the National Park Service (NPS) for Chickamauga/Chattanooga National Military Park.

The scope of work requires complete removal of approximately 280 linear feet of existing dilapidated perimeter fence, barbed wire, and gates, followed by installation of a new ALEKO Commercial 8 Panel Steel Fence system (or an approved equal meeting or exceeding specifications) with one 6-foot personnel walk-through gate. All posts must be set in concrete footings with a durable powder-coated finish in an NPS pre-approved color. Hardware must be commercial-grade and corrosion-resistant. The contractor is responsible for site coordination with the NPS Project Manager, utility clearances (DigAlert/811), compliance with OSHA standards and historical resource protection guidelines, final grading, backfilling, and thorough site cleanup. Deliverables include written confirmation of installation completion, manufacturer specifications and warranty information, proof of proper disposal of all removed materials, and final walkthrough acceptance by the NPS Project Manager. Work must be executed during normal park operating hours while maintaining security continuity and coordinating closely with Law Enforcement personnel to ensure gate functionality during replacement.
