Attachment B: PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY (PRS) TABLE
A PRS table is included in this attachment as required by 48 CFR 51, Department of the Army Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this attachment is to:

Prices are taken for all defects (with appropriate credit for rework) regardless of whether the MADR was exceeded.
- Specify the percentage (weight) of contract requirement attributable to each listed work requirement (See PRS Column 4).

4. WEED CONTROL
a. Selective control of woody brush, Johnsongrass, vines and trees while maintaining a grass sod cover IAW PWS for Pine Bluff Arsenal Pest Control Services. Estimates of acreage below contain both linear (fences, roadways, etc) and entire area type acreage (earth covered igloos, yellow lake, etc) sprays. Different equipment, chemical, labor and methods may be necessary to complete each area’s vegetation control. For example, spraying a fence line may require a small ATV with a sprayer attachment, while a flat area may require a tractor with a boom attachment. Each technique has different labor hour requirements as well. All factors shall be considered with pricing.
(1) Igloos (218 each). No vehicles will be allowed on slopes or the top of earth-covered igloos; only hand-carried equipment will be allowed. Selective control of woody brush and vines while maintaining a grass sod cover in accordance with Section 9.B.1. (.2 acres estimated total per igloo = 44.5 total estimated acres*). See Map 4a1.
(2) Antenna Sites:
Bartlett’s Field (NE corner of Arsenal) Radio Tower on McCoy Road
An estimated 1 acre* area is present within the whole sites listed above.
Only small four wheel drive ATV's are allowed on these sites. The limits of work around all these structures is a circle with a radius from the center of the tower to 10 feet beyond the down wire anchors and 20 feet beyond the base of the dish antennas at the CLA site. See Map 4a2.
(3) Environmental Areas:
(a) Hazardous Landfill #1 (vicinity of 64-510) Hazardous Landfill #2 (vicinity of 97-020)
(b) Environmental closure sites numbers 4A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 11D, 11E, 11F, 16A, 17, 20A, 23A, 24, 27, and 29. Only small four wheel drive ATV's are allowed on these sites.
(c) Holding ponds (XX) west of the bombing mat and (XX) east of the toxic storage yard.
An estimated 5.5 acres* of infested area is present within the site. Only small four wheel drive ATV's are allowed on these sites. The limits of work are two feet on each side of the perimeter fence lines, including vegetation in and on the fence. See Map 4a3.
(4) Culvert pipe headwalls of culverts under railroads, roads etc, Arsenal wide.
A generously estimated 100 acres** of infested area is present on headwalls. Herbicides used on these sites must be labeled for use in or near water and ditch banks. The limits of work are 10 feet beyond the top of the ditch bank on each side of the ditch by 50 feet from the end of the culvert pipe. No restriction on equipment used.
(5) Boundary Fence. No restrictions on the type of equipment allowed on the following site. Two feet from center on both sides of the fence shall be controlled. Estimated 2.5 acres* infested area. See Map 4a4.
(6) Yellow Lake. Selective control of emerged weeds. Area is severely infested with American Lotus (lily pads). Contractor shall treat appropriately to keep 1/3 of area free of overgrowth in the base period and rotate to the next 1/3 in each option period as identified on the attached map. 383 Total Acres* (1/3 sprayed per year = 118-133 acres per year). No restriction on type of equipment used, although application from a water vessel is expected to be necessary. See Map 4a5.
(7) Outer side of dam at surface impoundment pond (Area 7 Section 4). An estimated 2 acres* of infested area is present within the site. No restrictions on equipment used in this area. See Map 4a6.
b. Non-Selective control of all vegetation IAW PWS for Pine Bluff Arsenal Pest Control Services. Estimates of acreage below contain linear (fences, roadways, etc), entire area type acreage (levees, parking lots, etc), and spot (cracks/crevices, building exteriors, etc.) sprays. Different equipment, chemical, labor and methods may be necessary to complete each area’s vegetation control. For example, spot sprays may require only a hand held sprayer. Each technique has different labor hour requirements as well. All factors shall be considered with pricing. No equipment restrictions for non-selective control application unless specified below.
