A dimensioned drawing shall be provided to accurately depict the layout of system, showing contours. It shall be fully dimensioned and include net operating clearance for moving components which travel beyond the gross contour. The drawing shall distinguish between the base of the equipment at floor level and the gross contour where it may overhang the base. Location of access doors for servicing of the equipment shall also be designated.

Footprint Drawing, providing clarity is maintained. This drawing will provide location dimensions for anchor bolts including both the anchor bolt size and height of anchor bolt concrete surfaces clearly shown.

Dimensions will be from a common baseline, not chain dimensions. This is to prevent tolerance stack-up errors. Locations of the first connection points for all required power sources shall be shown and dimensioned.

Approximate gross weight of each separate component shall be indicated.

This drawing shall show capacity requirements at each utility point of first connection.

This section of the documentation shall include: Procedures for safe operation of the equipment in all modes. It shall include information necessary for performing all the operations and utilizing all the functions listed in the purchase description.

A list of all chemicals necessary to operate the equipment shall be provided by the vendor. This is necessary in order to meet environmental compliance requirements. The list shall include the type, grade, and quantity of each liquid or gas regardless of who is to provide the actual material. (E.g. if hydraulic oil is necessary to operate the system, it shall be listed as 200-gal-u.s. of DTE-XX.)
