About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for an Ultrasonic Cleaning System procurement by the Rock Island Arsenal. The CDRL outlines five primary data items the contractor must provide during the contract, including:
- Installation and Preparation Documentation (multiple subtypes such as equipment characteristics, footprint drawing, installation documentation, electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and equipment identification)
- Maintenance Manual (including safety lockout procedures and preventive maintenance procedures)
- Operator Manual
- Environmental Compliance Data (Material Safety Data Sheets)
- Pre-Shipment Testing Report
Each data item has specific submission requirements, such as providing 3 copies (2 paper, 1 electronic) within designated timeframes prior to equipment delivery, with acceptable electronic formats including PDF, DXF, and IGS files. The documentation must comprehensively cover equipment specifications, installation procedures, operational guidelines, maintenance instructions, and safety protocols. All documents are to be submitted to the Rock Island Arsenal, Attn: TARA-LGC, with the primary point of contact being Robert McClure.
