About this file
This technical requirements document outlines specifications for a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for hardware and services related to the Joint Tactical Terminal - Integrated Broadcast Service system. Key requirements include procurement of receiver-transmitter radios, circuit card assemblies, chassis, trays and other components for the system. Services such as maintenance and repair are also within scope. Delivery locations are government depots. Successful offerors must be approved sources for the specified national stock numbers and prove they can provide approved parts, as the government does not own the complete technical data package for the spare components or system. Packaging, testing, quality assurance and other supply chain standards are defined. Configuration management processes are specified.
