About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a CCTV upgrade and expansion project for the 48 Security Forces Squadron at RAF Lakenheath. The project requires installing 10 Bullet Cameras and 15 Solar Operated CCTV Deployable Locations around the airfield, perimeter, and cantonment area. The system will use Bosch equipment, including MIC 7100 PTZ cameras, DINION IP Starlight cameras, and wireless Ubiquity Nano Beam M5 bridges, integrated with the existing Bosch Video Management System (BVMS).

Key requirements include self-sufficient solar-powered camera locations, network integration with static IP addresses, and comprehensive testing and documentation. The offeror must provide a minimum 12-month equipment warranty, installation support, and training for government personnel. Camera locations will cover critical areas such as perimeter fence lines, parking areas, and strategic points around the base, with each location typically consisting of 1 PTZ and 2 Bullet Cameras. The project emphasizes safety, network security, and seamless integration with the existing base security infrastructure.
