STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR
EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR EFI PRO16H
FLATBED PRINTER APRIL 1, 2024
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, software, tools, supervision, and other items and/or services necessary to maintain the EFI PRO16H Flatbed printer. (Bldg. 902 Rm 102). Below is listed the equipment to be warrantied and maintained. The maintenance contract shall include customer service and technical support. The contractor must respond initial inquiry as quickly as practically possible within (1) business day. A technician will then connect with operator to verify the symptoms, diagnose the issue, and perform remote troubleshooting.
Onsite Escalation:
If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, it will escalate to an onsite visit. Any parts needed will be shipped to the printer’s location. Visits will be scheduled for as soon as possible after any required parts arrive. It is assumed that any onsite visit will require two overnights for the technician. All travel costs and labor expenses are included for up to (4) onsite visits per each option year.
