About this file
This is an attachment document outlining eligibility requirements for U.S. citizen graduate student participation in the DARPA Young Faculty Award (YFA) 2027 program. The document serves as a template or guidance appendix that does not specifically address required products or services, but rather establishes personnel qualification criteria for the solicitation.
The attachment specifies citizenship and employment status requirements for graduate students seeking to participate in YFA-funded research activities. It clarifies that only U.S. citizens enrolled as graduate students at eligible institutions may participate under this option, establishing baseline eligibility parameters that applicants and their sponsoring institutions must satisfy. This document functions as supplementary guidance to the main YFA 2027 solicitation (DARPARA2701) to ensure compliance with federal contracting and national security requirements related to personnel engaged in DARPA-funded research initiatives.
