PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
FOR
FY25 SERE Propane
FAIRCHILD AFB, WA
5 August 2024
SERE PROPANE
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
1. DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary for the delivery of propane in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations and this statement of work to Cusick/Ruby Field Operations.
1.1 SCOPE OF WORK
1.1.1 Work under this contract shall include the delivery of propane to Cusick Field Operations, 3962 Tacoma Creek Rd Cusick, WA 99119 and the Ruby Creek location. There are 10-500 gallons tanks at the Cusick Location There is an additional field location that Propane will need to be delivered to located 20 miles north of the Cusick location at Ruby Creek rd has no physical address Lat:48.55032N, Long:117.41191W. At the Ruby Creek location there is 2-500 gallon tanks. Location will be plowed and easily accessible for winter. The propane must be commercial grade, liquid propane and it shall meet all standards. The Contractor shall provide:
a. Propane deliveries every 2 weeks at both sites or sooner as needed upon request.
b. Trucks
c. Drivers
1.1.2 Propane will be delivered to Cusick and Ruby Creek, WA as indicated above or by request of personnel authorized to place orders. The Contractor will have a minimum of 24 hours notice to provide propane after request is called in by authorized Government representative. Contractor will provide up to 35,000 Gallons of propane.
1.1.3. The Government reserves the right to refuse delivery of any product that does not meet the product required.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION:
2.1 Hours of Operation: The normal hours of operation are 0700 to 1700 hrs. Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
Weekend, Holiday and/or “after hours” deliveries with proper notice may be required.

2.2.1. Personnel authorized to place orders is subject to change.
