The contractor must provide all equipment and personnel necessary to maintain and repair kitchen equipment listed in an attached covered items list. The contractor must possess all applicable certifications required in Washington State and perform all work in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The contractor shall conduct the first annual inspection and preventive maintenance within 45 days of contract award and perform annual inspections thereafter. For service calls, the contractor must have a technician contact the government within 1 hour of notification via the Contractor Hotline to determine if telephone support can resolve the issue. Emergency service calls (those involving potential injury, death, or equipment/property damage) require technician dispatch within 24 hours; non-emergency calls require dispatch within 3 business days. The contractor must submit a pricing schedule establishing flat base rates for emergency and non-emergency service calls plus an hourly labor rate for work performed during service calls. Service calls costing $2,500 or less are paid directly by the 92d Force Support Squadron via Government Purchase Card using rates from the pricing schedule. Service calls exceeding $2,500 require the Contracting Officer to issue a contract modification (Standard Form 30) for an Additional In-Scope Work CLIN, with pricing approved as fair and reasonable before work commences. Normal hours of operation are 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM except for 11 federal holidays. Work outside normal hours requires written approval from the Contracting Officer, and work interrupted by base closures is rescheduled for the next available work day. The services are not classified as mission essential for performance during a crisis.
