The document "Attach B Certs & Assurances.docx" appears to be a certification and assurances attachment related to the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) Positive Indian Parenting services procurement. The contract opportunity is specifically seeking bids from Federally Recognized Tribes, Recognized American Indian Organizations (RAIOs), and other Native Serving Organizations to deliver Positive Indian Parenting services within the state of Washington.
While the specific details of pricing, funding sources, and contract terms are not fully discernible from the provided information, the document is likely a standard certification form that bidders must complete to demonstrate compliance with various legal, operational, and administrative requirements associated with the contract opportunity. The procurement is focused on Native American community services, specifically targeting parenting support programs, and is limited to organizations with direct connections to Native American communities.
