Principal features of the work; make wall repairs and replace eight windows, repair portions of drywall (walls and ceiling) and paint as indicated in the specifications and drawings. This general outline of the principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work required by the plans and specifications. The government provided documents and existing field conditions shall be reviewed by the contractor to identify any potential discrepancies and develop necessary requests for information (RFI) prior to construction mobilization.
