STATEMENT OF WORK

6th Force Support Squadron, MacDill AFB FL

MacDill Lanes 8216 Hangar Loop Dr. Tampa, FL 33621

06 Aug 2021

1. SCOPE OF WORK

FSS MacDill Lanes (installation bowling center) requires removal and replacement of 12 bowling lanes and their correlating mechanics utilizing professional grade industry methods and materials certified by the USBC (United States Bowling Congress).

Materials used must be consistent with the commercial industry in order to be certified to hold tournaments and run leagues. New accurate flat screens were purchased in FY21 and will interface seamlessly as long as the replacement equipment is installed within a reasonable time frame (1 year). Vendor and materials need to be certified and have all equipment and any additional accessories needed for installation delivered to onsite facility (MacDill Lanes). Vendor will need to include the cost of removing and disposing current materials and equipment IAW any installation or state laws. Cost of disposal, estimated freight and installation should be configured into the vendor’s quote for equipment replacement. At minimum replacement should cover:

• Removal of all current materials that will be replaced

• 12 new installed lanes with ultra-slide approach

• Pindeck

• Glow Lane programming options

• Durabowl capping kit

• Complete ball return with underlane return track

• Lower rack

• Ball return button reset kit

• Dura-bumper/gutter sysem

• Auto-opener upgrade

• Radaway (universal)

• Radaway (universal) spare parts kit

• Capping kit

• Warning foul line and all other required markings

2. TIME LINE

Current equipment should be removed when the new equipment is replaced. Before vendor leaves, functionality will need to be tested to ensure a successful interface of information between the enterprise system server and its connection to the main rec aid computer, scoring system, pin pick up/return, ball return and centralized NAF financial system. Equipment should be in place and as determined by the vendor and market availability of material and parts.

3. ASSUMPTIONS

There has been a considerable amount of investments made in standardizing the hardware and software across the Air Force Bowling POS. Currently there are no other scoring systems that can be integrated into physical aspect of the bowling lanes, pinsetters and financial system that the Shared Services Center requires for centralized financial reporting. QubicaAMF is the standard POS/business enterprise system for all Air Force Bowling Centers. All Air Force bowling centers are required to purchase center operational systems and equipment exclusively from QubicaAMF.
