About this file
This document contains a questionnaire and details regarding a federal contract opportunity for architect-engineering services. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific is seeking responses from women-owned small businesses by May 3, 2021 to identify potential sources for a set-aside contract providing multi-discipline engineering services including project programming, design, construction cost estimates, and commissioning support for various mechanical projects at locations under NAVFAC Pacific cognizance. Services may involve projects such as land-based fuel facilities, building mechanical systems, and projects exceeding $10 million or $5 million construction value completed within the last ten years. The anticipated contract is a one-year base period and four one-year options not exceeding $50 million or five years. Task orders will specify individual project statements of work and performance periods.
