Any unsatisfactory inspection (defect) result shall be recorded, and the Contractor shall re-perform the service after notification by the CO or COR.

2.3.2 Periodic progress meetings. The CO, COR or other government personnel as appropriate, and the Contractor shall periodically meet, at a minimum of once per contract year, to discuss the Contractor’s performance.
