Amount 0001 Monthly Preventative Maintenance & Training - The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and management to accomplish monthly PM and training on FSPB located at 309 AMARG in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Manufacturer Recommended Maintenance Schedule.

0002 Repair Service Technician Support – The contractor shall provide a Service Technician to support all requested repair services that are not covered under the annual PM Service as outlined in the PWS. Billable rate under this CLIN shall not exceed firm proposed hourly rate.

0003 Emergency Service Technician Support – The contractor shall provide an Emergency Service Technician to support all requested emergency repairs within 72 hours of request.

0004 Travel - Trip Travel expenses to support repair work as approved in accordance with PWS para 1.4 and each individual task order.
