This is an attachment specifying requirements for Fire Control Center maintenance and repair services at US Army Garrison Bavaria locations. The contractor is responsible for semi-annual maintenance of network frame software and hardware components at Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr, Rose Barracks Vilseck, and Hohenfels Training Area fire control centers.
Key requirements include preventive updates/patches to network architecture, maintenance of interfaces/devices (workstations, servers, printers, VoIP systems, etc.), hardware device renewal, and interfacing with fire alarm technology systems like Ansul Fire Extinguisher Systems. For Tower Barracks and Hohenfels, the contractor must establish business relations with eurofunk (manufacturer of EMC2 and ELDIS software) and provide certification of this partnership with their bid. For Rose Barracks, which uses Advancis Winguard software, contractors must provide valid training certificates demonstrating Advancis technology expertise. The contractor must provide on-site maintenance and troubleshooting, with minimal involvement from fire station personnel. Hardware replacements require cost estimates submitted to the COR for approval.
