About this file

This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), a federal contracting form used to specify data deliverables that contractors must provide to the government during contract performance. The form establishes requirements for a single data item identified as SE018: Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M). The requiring office is USAISEC, with the contract reference Sample Task 1 para 3.1.3, 3.1.6. The data item is categorized as "Other" and does not require DD 250 inspection/acceptance or draft approval.

The POA&M deliverable must be submitted in Microsoft Word or Excel format, Arial font size 12, black text. The document must be technically sound, logically organized, coherent, and free of typographical and grammatical errors, with a template available from USAISEC if needed. Delivery method requires one soft copy submitted to the Technical Monitor, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Government Project Lead via eMAS and email or CD/DVD, with the subject line fully identifying the document. The document must not be locked or protected to allow government editing post-delivery. The draft is due no later than 10 business days after task completion, with a final delivery due three business days after contractor receipt of government comments. If comments are not provided within two business days of draft delivery, the draft automatically becomes final. Distribution includes the COR, Technical Manager, and Government Project Lead, with three total copies required.
