About this file

This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), which is a federal contracting template used to specify data deliverables required from a contractor during contract performance. The form documents a single data requirement identified as SE001, titled "Weekly Project Report," referenced to Sample Task 1 Paragraph 3.0 under the USAISEC requiring office. The report must be submitted weekly, with the first submission due the first business Friday of the Period of Performance (PoP) for the Sample Task Order, and subsequent reports due every business Friday through the end of the Base Year or Option Year(s).

The Weekly Project Report must be submitted in Microsoft Word format, Arial font, size 12, black text, and delivered as a soft copy via email to the Technical Monitor, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Government Project Lead. The report content must be technically sound, logically organized, and grammatically correct, and shall include meetings attended and primary discussion topics, concerns regarding upcoming tasks and documentation for review, a complete account of work accomplished or not accomplished, listings of reviewed, updated, or created documents and artifacts, detailed descriptions of potential issues with ongoing tasks or deliverables with mitigation recommendations, and a delineation of different ongoing efforts (Task Options) under the task order. Distribution is specified to the COR, Technical Manager (TM), and Government Project Lead, with one copy each. The document must not be locked or protected in any manner that would prevent copying or editing by the Government after delivery. The form indicates this is page 1 of 3 pages of the CDRL documentation.
