About this file
This is a draft labor category descriptions document for the Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS) IV On-Ramp opportunity. The document outlines proposed labor classifications and their corresponding qualifications, experience levels, and responsibility bands for personnel supporting the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC). These labor categories are designed to define the skill sets and competency requirements necessary for information systems engineering and IT support services across all aspects of information and communication systems.
The draft labor categories establish a tiered structure of technical and professional positions with escalating responsibilities and qualifications, ranging from entry-level technical roles through senior engineering and management positions. Each category definition includes required certifications, years of relevant experience, educational prerequisites, and specific technical competencies needed to fulfill engineering-related activities. These descriptions serve as the basis for contractor proposal development and pricing proposals under the TEIS IV program, enabling contractors to align their staffing models and resource allocation with Army requirements while ensuring consistency in qualification standards across the contract vehicle.
