About this file

This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), which is a federal contracting form used to specify data deliverables required from a contractor. The form documents one data item requirement for a trip report identified as TS29. The requiring office is HQUSAISEC EUIE-ISE-TS, and the contract reference is Sample Task 2 para 3.0, 3.1.5. The trip report must be submitted in both draft and final versions, with one copy each to the Technical Monitor (TM) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Submission deadlines require the draft trip report no later than five business days after trip completion, with the final version due five business days after receipt of Technical Monitor comments. The report must follow specific formatting requirements: printed on 8.5" x 11" standard letter-size paper in portrait orientation using Arial font size 12, with a header identifying the travel task, project notification number, and trip date. Content must include subject, location and dates of travel, purpose, traveler name, points of contact, discussion summary, recommendations, and conclusions. The document shall not be locked or protected, allowing Government editing after delivery. All travel must comply with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). For multiple personnel on the same task order supporting one travel event, only one trip report is required. The form indicates this is page 1 of 2 pages of the CDRL document.
