About this file

This document is an Attachment F - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for a Request for Proposal (RFP) titled "Northern Goshawk Surveys" issued by the state of Oregon. The RFP is seeking services for conducting Northern Goshawk surveys on state forest managed lands in Marion County and the City of Salem. The plan outlines the steps the offeror will take to provide equal opportunity for certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses to participate as subcontractors if awarded the contract. The offeror must indicate if they are a certified firm, list any certified and non-certified firms they have had contractual relationships with in the past two years, and describe the subcontracting opportunities and approximate dollar values that may be available if awarded the contract. The offeror must also agree to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract.

The pricing terms, set asides, and funding details are not included in this document. However, it outlines the state's requirement for promoting the participation of certified disadvantaged businesses in this procurement.
