About this file

This document is an Attachment F - COBID Certification/Outreach Plan for an RFP [###-####-##] with the title "[RFP title]" issued by the State of Oregon. The RFP is for fire sprinkler testing, maintenance, and repair services (RFP S-10700-00009417). The Attachment requires proposers to certify if they are an Oregon certified firm, list certified firms and non-certified firms they have contracted with in the past two years, and describe their plan to solicit certified firms for subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract. Proposers must indicate if they foresee any subcontracting opportunities and provide details on the types and approximate dollar values of those opportunities. The proposer must also agree to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract.

The document outlines the state's commitment to providing certified minority-owned, women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses with equal opportunity to participate in state-funded contracts. The information provided in the Attachment will not be scored as part of the evaluation, but demonstrates the proposer's efforts to ensure certified firms have equal access to subcontracting opportunities.
