1.1. Introduction

ATF protects communities from violent criminals and the illegal use of firearms/explosives. This acquisition provides processing, transportation, storage, and destruction of small-arms ammunition, including support to DOJ non-ATF agencies under AFSPD MOUs.

This acquisition is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Blanket Purchase Agreement Holder (BPAH) to provide processing, transportation, storage, and supply requests for shipping ammunition, and disposal of small arms ammunition services to ATF.
