About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the NRS Hubbard Brook Pierce Lab Flooring Replacement project for the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). The project involves replacing approximately 128 square feet of damaged subfloor sheathing in the conference room of the Pierce Lab building, located at 234 Mirror Lake Rd in North Woodstock, NH. The work also includes removing the existing conference room carpeting and installing approximately 1,700 square feet of new carpet tiles.
The contractor requirements specify that the selected vendor must have at least 5 years of flooring experience, be licensed in New Hampshire, and carry full insurance. The damaged subfloor, suspected to be caused by water infiltration through an old doorway, will be replaced with 3/4" plywood. The project has a 4-month period of performance from the Notice to Proceed, with work to be conducted between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays, excluding federal holidays. Site access outside these hours may be granted with permission from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
