About this file

This is a Schedule of Items pricing template for snow removal services at White River National Forest (Colorado) Holy Cross Ranger District. The contract covers snow removal at two locations: Meadow Mountain Parking Lot and Grouse Creek Trailhead, with services required 30 times per year at each location.

The contract includes a base period (01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025) and four one-year options extending through 12/31/2029. It will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Vendors must provide unit pricing (to nearest $0.01) for each location, with the combined prices forming a lump sum for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). Each "EA" unit represents one complete snow plowing service at the specified location. Bidders must price all line items to be considered for award.

Schedule Notes:

Item numbers 1 and 2 from the Schedule collectively equal the lump sum price for each corresponding CLIN. The “EA” unit for each line item represents a complete snow plowing for that location.

The award is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The bidder must provide a bid on each of the line items above and provide a total overall cost to be considered for award. Only unit prices to the nearest $0.01 will be accepted. Where extended unit prices do not agree with totals or subtotals shown by the bidder, the unit price governs except as provided under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14.407, Mistakes in Bids.

The Government reserves the right to request additional information as required to fully understand the Contractor’s pricing structure and to determine its reasonableness.
