About this file

This document is a Scope of Work (Revision 0, dated March 2025) for the Colorado River Commission of Nevada (CRCNV), seeking specialized substation safety and maintenance training services. The project involves procuring training services from a qualified contractor to provide both on-site and remote training at CRCNV facilities in Henderson, NV and/or at the contractor's facilities. The training services are expected to cover two primary areas: Safety Training and Maintenance and Skills Training, with a comprehensive list of required topics including electrical safety, arc flash protection, industrial electrical skills, equipment maintenance, and technical certifications.

The contract requires the contractor to provide a detailed course catalog with pricing per person, including options for virtual, in-person, and online training delivery. CRCNV will cover travel costs for personnel attending training at contractor facilities, while the contractor must incorporate their on-site training travel expenses into the bid pricing. The scope emphasizes flexibility in training delivery methods and comprehensive coverage of technical and safety-related subjects relevant to power delivery, transmission, and utility maintenance professionals. No specific contract duration, renewal options, or exact budget allocations are specified in the current document.
