Funds are not presently available and no award will be made until funding is secured.

Total evaluated price will be automatically calculated. A price model for travel is also included to provide cost breakdowns by purpose, location, number of trips, travelers, and transportation mode.

Instructions to complete this Pricing Matrix:
1Offerors are to input the proposed unit prices (i.e. per month) on this Pricing Matrix spreadsheet, Column j, in ALL yellow highlighted cells.
2Rounding: All dollar amounts shall be rounded to two decimal places.
3The extended price will be automatically calculated by multiplying the proposed unit price by the required quantity of months.
4A total price will be automatically calculated at the bottom of each year.
5The Total Evaluated Price (TEP), which includes the Base Period and all three options, will automatically calculate at the top of the Pricing Matrix.

Note: Populate the Price Models in the worksheet entitled "Price Model - Travel"

Price Model -Travel

*In the contractor format, provide a breakdown of the proposed travel, to include (at a minimum) the purpose/location of the trip(s), the Number of trips, the number of traveller, the mode
of transportation, and the dollar mount proposed.
* Provide this information for the Base period and all three option period seprately.
* the total travel amounts shown in the model for each period should match the total proposed travel for each year in the Pricing Matrix worksheet (cells, K23, K40, K60, and K79)
