The solicitation will utilize a small business set-aside and award a firm fixed price contract under NAICS code 336612. The past performance questionnaire collects information on the prime contractor and its references relating to prior contracts, including descriptions of scope, value, delivery schedules, and ratings for technical performance, schedule adherence, management, and customer relations.
