The HVAC units must maintain a maximum room temperature of 70 degrees while running continuously. Wireless functionality and WiFi/Bluetooth capability must be disabled. A prior heat assessment determined the 1000 square foot room requires a minimum 36,000 BTU HVAC system. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center to provide the HVAC equipment specified in the technical requirements document.
