The contractor is responsible for preventing contamination, segregation, spillage, and runoff; protecting adjacent surfaces; removing overspill or debris; and leaving sites clean and safe. The contractor bears all costs for re-handling, relocation, remediation, or replacement of material placed outside designated areas due to contractor error or negligence. The period of performance extends from date of award through April 3, 2026, with an estimated 30 days of contract time. The point of contact is Tyson Curran (tyson.curran@usda.gov). Access with side dump or belly dump trailers may not be possible, so the contractor is responsible for ensuring delivery vehicles are suitable for the applicable sites.
