About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the technical specifications for an Oxygen Nitrogen Hydrogen (ONH) Analyzer for the DLA Product Test Center's TA Lab. The objective is to expand testing capabilities by acquiring an analyzer capable of performing elemental analysis using inert gas fusion technique for measuring oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen content in various materials including inorganic materials, ferrous and nonferrous alloys, and refractory materials.

Key requirements include a simultaneous ONH analyzer with specific features such as an auto cleaner, multi-detector oxygen determination system, dynamic flow compensation system, auto loader/sampler with 20 crucible positions, three-stage carrier gas purification system, PC with Windows 11, instrument software, analytical balance, and gas regulators. The procurement also includes onsite installation, basic calibration, and two-day training for up to five DLA employees. Additional specifications cover electrical requirements (208volt, 50/60Hz, 12kVA), a one-year comprehensive warranty, and delivery to the DLA Product Test Center in Philadelphia, PA within 120 days of award. Invoices must be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), with the DoDAAC code SL0701 for the TA Lab.
