STATEMENT OF WORK
FR18 ERFO ROAD PROJECT
The purpose of this contract is to fix drainage problem areas due to the2023 May flood event. The project shall consist of removing culverts, installing 1 new culvert and hardened stream crossing, construct spec ditches, grade road, and construct hardened broad base dip for positive drainage, and construct head walls as specified in plans.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies (unless otherwise designated), permits, licenses and incidentals necessary to perform the required services on the Monongahela National Forest.
