Scope of Work PINN Install Mobile Radios

Pinnacles National Park (PINN) Install Mobile Radios
BACKGROUND
The National Park Service (NPS), Pinnacles National Park(PINN), has a requirement for installing seventeen (17) Government-Owned mobile radios in Government-Owned vehicles.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Contractor shall install seventeen (17) mobile radios into seventeen (17) Government- Owned, General Service Administration (GSA) vehicles leased by the National Park Service (NPS). The NPS has received approval from GSA to modify the leased vehicles.
Both the mobile radios and the standard installation kits will be provided by the NPS. The Contractor shall supply any labor, supervision, wiring, tools, and shop supplies needed to complete the installation.
Radios are Land Mobile Radios (LMR), 144-174MHz VHF Band, 5000+ channel, P25 compliant with the following accessories: batteries, chargers, microphones, and antennas.
These are standard vehicle radio systems and specified installation kits that meet the requirements for GSA and the NPS.
Vehicles will be delivered to the contractor's facility which must have secure parking and be within 50 miles of the Park's Headquarters in Paicines, California.
TASKS
Install 17 Radios in the following vehicles. Please see license plate numbers (left column):
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
• Proper installation by approved installation company will ensure no warranties will be voided.
• The equipment shall not negatively impact vehicles' operating and safety characteristics.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
Pinnacles National Park will make appointments to deliver each vehicle to the selected contractor’s shop location. Contractor's Facility must have secure vehicle storage. Facility must be within 50 miles of Pinnacles National Park's Headquarters in Paicines, California.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
09/23/2022 to 03/31/2023
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED ITEMS:
17 Land Mobile Radios (LMR), 144-174MHz VHF Band, 5000+ channel, P25 compliant with the following accessories: batteries, chargers, microphones, and antennas.
17 Installation Kits Specified for these Radios
PAYMENT:
Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP) at https://www.ipp.gov/. The Contractor shall submit all invoices through www.ipp.gov within 30 days of work completion. Failure of the contractor to upload an attached copy of the invoice and any requested documentation through IPP.gov will result in invoice being rejected.
