About this file
This document contains a pricing sheet template for a federal contract opportunity to provide aviation training analysis and evaluation products and services. The pricing sheet template includes instructions for contractors to provide hourly labor rates using Department of Labor Standard Occupational Categories and burdened labor rates for five ordering periods covering a potential five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. Rate categories include senior and junior instructional and engineering analysts, aircrew and aircraft mechanic subject matter experts, and a project manager. The related federal contract opportunity notice provides additional context, with the solicitation being for aviation training analysis and evaluation requirements issued by the Naval Air Systems Command on behalf of the Department of the Navy.

| A | Hourly wages found CareerOneStop (www.careerinfonet.org or www.careeronestop.org/Toolkit/ACINet.aspx), are the same as they appear on thev DOL's Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) website | LOCATION: |
| B | The factors are based upon considerations such as education, experience, program workload assignment, and number of personnel at a location. Based upon those considerations, the government then used one of five factor choices, |
| 10%, 25%, Median, 75%, and 90%. |
| C | The government obtained the hour wages set forth in column H using the following procedures and analysis: |
| 1. Go to the homepage of DOL's CarrerOneStop website at https://www.careerinfonet.org. Click the Occupation Profile then type in either the O*Net Index or SOC. Then click Search. | |
| 2. Click View Hourly Wage, then when the screen appears, click Learn More about This Occupation. | |
| 3. Click Compare Wages by Occupation and Local Areas then select up to five occupations. Click Continue. | |
| 4. Select the associated Metropolitan area (i.e. Jacksonville, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; or Arlington, VA). Click Continue. | |
| 5. Comparison of national, selected state, and selected city hourly wages will be displayed in five survey groups mentioned in note (4) -- 10%, 25%, Median, 75%, and 90%. |
D Table B automatically calculates based upon inputs in Table A for each respective tab (i.e., Training Analysis, Training Evaluation)
| E | To simplify the proposal evaluation on PAC, ODC and Travel, the government provided the fixed amounts for these CLINs and set them as Firm Fixed Price (FFP). These are the amounts that will be considered in the price proposal |
| evaluation for the purpose of establishing the total evaluated price. However, the government anticipates and reserves the right to convert the Travel CLINs (1003, 2003, 3003, 4003 and 5003), wholly or partially, to Cost No Fee CLINs, | |
| in the awarded contract. |
