About this file

This document is a Certificate of Compliance to the Berry Amendment for a federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number FA700025Q0056) for USAFA Cadet Distinctive Uniforms. The certificate requires detailed documentation of all cloth and textile component suppliers and manufacturing facilities for various uniform items including service jackets, trousers, slacks, skirts, and overcoats. Vendors must provide specific information about suppliers and manufacturing addresses for each component, such as linings, buttons, interlinings, threads, tapes, and labels.

The document mandates strict compliance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) regulations, specifically the Berry Amendment, which restricts the procurement of certain textile products. Failure to fully complete the supplier and manufacturing facility information may result in offer rejection. The form also includes a section for declaring the intended place of performance, requiring vendors to specify any alternative manufacturing locations different from their primary business address.
