About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423-1) specifying two mandatory data deliverables for the Space Environment Technologies and Science (SETS) BAA Call 03 contract (FA9453-26-X-XXXX) under AFRL/RVBX.

The first data item (A001) requires a Scientific and Technical Report in final format prepared in accordance with ANSI/NISO Standard Z39.18 or current AFRL guidance. The contractor must submit two editable electronic copies—one as an editable PDF and one in current Microsoft Word format—via secure transmission methods (encrypted email or https://safe.apps.mil/). The report must include a completed SF 298 form and be marked with Distribution Statement D (Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only) and export control warnings per DoDI 5230.24. The contractor shall not submit the report to DTIC; rather, AFRL's STINFO Office will publish it. Upon government acceptance, the contractor must submit a final DD Form 250 in WAWF with shipment number coded "Z." The second data item (A002) is a Quarterly Status Report due 40 days after contract start, then every 10 days after each reporting period ends, with subsequent reports following the same distribution and marking requirements. Both deliverables must be marked as Controlled Technical Information with an expiration date of December 4, 2025, and contain Arms Export Control Act and Export Control Reform Act warnings. CUI documents may be destroyed using methods approved for classified information or by rendering them unreadable and unrecoverable.
