About this file

This document is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act (SCA) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division for Ohio counties Greene, Miami, and Montgomery (Wage Determination No. 2015-4731, Revision 30, effective 8/6/2026).

The wage determination establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contract employees across multiple occupational categories including administrative support, clerical, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance and repair, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance and repair, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective service, recreation, stevedoring and longshoremen, technical, and transportation and mobile equipment operation occupations. Wage rates range from $12.33 per hour for taxi drivers to $48.27 per hour for air traffic control specialists at centers. All covered occupations receive health and welfare benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 48 hours per week or $222.00 per week) or $962.08 per month, with an additional EO 13786 provision of $5.09 per hour (up to 40 hours per week or $203.60 per week) or $882.27 per month. The determination mandates minimum paid vacation, paid holidays, and sick leave provisions. Footnotes indicate special compensation rules for exempt computer professionals, air traffic controllers and weather observers (night and Sunday pay differentials), hazardous duty pay differentials (4-8 percent), and uniform allowances. The document includes conformance procedures requiring contractors to submit proposed classifications with federal grade equivalencies and rationales for Wage and Hour Division approval within 30 days of unlisted employee classification needs.
