9. GENERAL UNCLASSIFIED DESCRIPTION OF THIS PROCUREMENT
GA TES support contract supports 4 major requirements identified by the G3S to include the Continuous Learning Environment (CLE), service tickets and Functional CAT. Support contract will provide functional support to over 1500 GA TES users worldwide, CAT support Include developing test plans for new systems, and providing metrics on software version being tested, CLE support includes developing test plans for new system software, providing metrics on software version_ being tested, development of training elements. CLE training support will provide the surface tenninal community and enterprise web accessible capability, and therefore the contractor shall provide functional support to Ft Lee and G3, via electronic means and service now tickets. Contract will also provide support to the GA TES kits and all peripherals located at Beaumont 842nd.
