About this file
This document contains a certification form and a federal contract opportunity solicitation. The certification form requires contractors to comply with immigration laws when providing services to referrals from the Department of Veterans Affairs, including not knowingly employing illegal aliens or foreign nationals in violation of their visa status. Failure to comply may result in the contractor being prohibited from working on the contract or basis for termination. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of Veterans Affairs for nephrology physician services in Wichita, Kansas. The opportunity is for a base year plus four optional years, requiring one half-day clinic per week and periodic on-call and call-back duties. The solicitation will not have a separate written document issued and constitutes the only solicitation, with quotes being requested.
