About this file

The document is an Indian Affairs Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form for a federal contract opportunity related to light fixtures and electrical connectors. The form is designed to self-certify that an offeror meets the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise under the Buy Indian Act, with specific requirements to be met at the time of offer, contract award, and throughout the contract term. Offerors must provide details including the name of a Federally Recognized Tribal Entity, Unique Entity ID (UEI), legal business name, and information about the 51% or greater owner of the IEE firm. The form emphasizes that false or misleading information can result in legal penalties under various U.S. Code sections, and Contracting Officers may request additional eligibility documentation at any point in the acquisition process.
